Common questions

  • Do I need an account? No. CardLab works fully offline, with no sign-up, no login, and no bank connection.
  • Where is my data? By default it stays on your device. Optional iCloud sync keeps it in your own private iCloud (not our servers); the optional Cloud AI sends a question to a secure service only to answer it. We never collect or sell your data.
  • Does it change my real credit score? No. CardLab is educational and shows a Credit Health Meter, not a real score.
  • Which languages are supported? Nineteen, including English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese (Brazilian and European), Russian, Turkish, Arabic, Vietnamese, Thai, Dutch, Polish, and Hindi.

CardLab Pro

Pro is a one-time $4.99 purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.

Got a new phone? Open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. Pro is tied to your Apple Account, so it follows you to any device signed in with the same one.

Your data

CardLab keeps your simulations on your device by default. To erase everything, use Settings → Delete all data, or delete the app. If you turned on iCloud sync, also remove CardLab data from iCloud (Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage).

We never store your simulations on our servers. iCloud sync lives in your own private iCloud; the Cloud AI processes a request and keeps nothing.
