Common questions
Do I need an account to use CardLab?
No. CardLab works fully offline, with no sign-up, no login, and no bank connection. You enter your own cards and activity by hand, so there is nothing to authorize and nothing to sync.
Where is my CardLab data stored?
By default your data stays on your device. Optional iCloud sync keeps it in your own private iCloud rather than on our servers - CardLab operates no database of user data at all. Deleting the app, or using Settings then Delete all data, erases everything. We never sell your data.
Does CardLab change my real credit score?
No. CardLab is educational and shows a Credit Health Meter, which is not a credit score. It does not calculate, predict, or report a real score, and it does not affect your credit file in any way.
Which languages does CardLab support?
CardLab ships in 34 languages: English plus 33 translations, including Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese (Brazilian and European), Russian, Turkish, Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Malay, Dutch, Polish, Czech, and the Nordic languages.
Which countries does CardLab work in?
The tracker and the interest, grace and payoff simulators work in all 41 of CardLab's country presets, because they compute from the card terms you type in. The verified card catalog covers a shorter, named list of markets, published on the coverage page.
CardLab Pro
Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. It starts with a 3-day free trial, then $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year, and it renews automatically until you cancel. You cancel it in the App Store - open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Anyone who bought the earlier one-time lifetime unlock keeps the 1.4.x feature set it granted, forever, and is never charged for a subscription.
Got a new phone? Open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. Pro is tied to your Apple Account, so it follows you to any device signed in with the same one.
Which CardLab this is
CardLab is the iPhone app for tracking credit cards, their rewards and bank sign-up bonuses, published at getcardlab.app and listed on the App Store as "CardLab: Track Cards & Rewards". It is made by a small independent developer and funded by what people pay for the app.
Several unrelated products share the name. This CardLab is not CardLab ASA or cardlab.com, which manufacture card hardware; it is not Stratos or cardlabcards; and it is not any game or physical product of the same name. If you arrived looking for one of those, this is not it.

Your data
CardLab keeps your simulations on your device by default. To erase everything, use Settings → Delete all data, or delete the app. If you turned on iCloud sync, also remove CardLab data from iCloud (Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage).
We never store your simulations on our servers. iCloud sync lives in your own private iCloud, managed by Apple.
